Recipes..nyumm..





Unagi sushi
Ingredients:

* 2 cups sushi rice.
* 2-3 nori sheets
* 200gr Eel (Unagi, sushi grade).
* cucumber

Making the roll

Making Unagi sushi is actually pretty simple. It is a classic, or inside out roll of sushi containing unagi (eel), and slices of cucumber . Some people enjoy thier unagi with fried eel, some like it raw, so it is basicly up to you to decide.

Spread the cooked rice on top of the nori sheet. Put in slices of cucumber, and line up slices of eel. Roll , and cut.









Supper time....Potato Wedges

Bahan-bahan ( 2 biji )
2 biji kentang - saiz besar
5 sb tepung gandum
sedikit garam
sedikit serbuk lada hitam
sedikit serbuk lada putih
sedikit gula
sedikit serbuk kunyit
Cara-cara 1.Kupas kentang potong bentuk belahan epal rebus 10minit atau hingga separuh masak. Dah siap toskan. 2.Campurkan bhn2 lain & campur air sedikit mcm nak buat bancuhan goreng pisang. Salutkan kentang tadi dalam tepung. 3.Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga kekuningan. Sedap makan dgn mayonis/sos cili.

Cara masak ayam ni lagi senang:

...Perap ayam dengan minyak zaiton, gula , apple cider, serta italian herba kalau suka lada hitam taburkan sikit. ( ikut sukatan sendiri semua bahan ) (15 minit aja perap sebab nak cepat)

Bungkus dengan aluminium tu...
Bakarlah 30 minit 250c (oven)
Selepas 30 minit buka bungkusan aluminium tu dan bakar lagi 15 minit..suhu 200c..

Siap Sedia dimakan....
